Using the summit talks between Chiang Pin-kung, chairman of Taiwan's Straits Exchange Foundation (SEF) and Chen Yunlin, president of the Beijing-based Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits (ARATS), as the platform for talks on issues concerning Taiwan's LED exports to China would "accelerate" the relevant administrative process, according to Ou.
